Alpine

Alpine is fun because it is full of high end houses. In the summer, there was nothing there for under a million, now there are several houses in the $700's.

This house is listed at $1,399k, 4 bed 2 bath. It is listed "as is" and there are no interior pictures, but it is listed as "architecturally important" by Sothebys.



More than $13 million. There are actually some pretty lovely houses in the price range on Sotheby's website, especially custom designed contemporaries.
